An open letter from owner and founder of Zama Massage, Lynn Bukowski
Dear Clients,
I have been a licensed massage therapist for more than 11 years and have had the opportunity to work at several companies in the Portland area. Through my own experience as well as that of my colleagues, I realized there existed a need to provide a more empowering, holistic workplace for massage therapists and consequently founded Zama Massage in 2007. Happy, skilled therapists translates directly into a significantly better massage experience for our clients.
I know that massage is not an inexpensive item but is one that most people find necessary to manage pain, stress and improve their wellness. I also know from personal experience how painful it is to pay someone for amassage that you find to be unworthy of the price, so I have made it my personal mission to only hire therapists with a singular focus on skill and technique. I have found that therapists who have made skill and technique their life’s work are also the most involved in their clients’ wellness program and building healing relationships with those clients.
I am proud to work alongside the team here at Zama Massage, and I can say with confidence that your massage experience with any of our talented therapists here will be one of the best available in the Portland area.
