I have had two massages with Desiree and my wife one. Hers was so good she bought me a session for fathers day. I enjoyed it so much and found the deep work of Ashiatsu so energizing and helpful in relaxing the large muscle groups that get tense from sitting and riding that I came back for another recently. I have been getting regular massage for over 20 years and have to say that not only her technique but her energy and professionalism make it easy to recommend her to others and keep coming back.

I have had a few massage therapists in my office over the years and my wife has had many different types of massage techniques. Recently I saw some information on Ashiatsu massage and decided to surprise my wife with a 90 appt. with Desiree’ during a trip to Portland. When the massage was completed Desiree’ walked out of the room and we talked for a while. We continued talking and I began wondering if my wife had climbed out a window or something. Finally she exited the room with what I would describe as a slightly intoxicated look on her face. She said it took her several minutes to get off the table and many more to get dressed. Never before had she received a massage that relaxed her so much. Later she told how amazing the experience had been. Next time we’re in Portland I’m scheduling two appointments, one for her and one for me! Desiree’ has one of the warmest and caring personalities I’ve ever experienced and we feel lucky to have met her.

Desiree provided me with the BEST prenatal massage I have had! She actually fulfilled my request for deep tissue, which doesn’t happen often. I look forward to treating myself to another massage with this skilled LMT soon!

I have had many massages from many different LMTs over the years and Afton is among the very best. She is kind, professional, focussed and has marvelous technical skills. She listens carefully to any concerns I might have, yet doesn’t spend too much time “interviewing” me before each session; she gets down to work quickly and has a very consistent, strong, assertive, and caring style. She manages very well to balance being very friendly yet also very professional. Thanks, Afton!

I’ve had several massages from Desiree, two of which were Ashiatsu, and I have to say I have never had a better massage. I feel I can be quite picky about massage therapists, I like a lot of pressure and not a lot of people seem to be able to provide that. Desiree is the first therapist who has left me feeling completely satisfied. Not to mention I felt completely comfortable and relaxed, she has a lovely personality and calming presence. As long as she is massaging, I’ll be on her table.

The massages I’ve received from Desiree are awesome. She has a calming nature and intuitive touch. It’s rare to find an LMT that has a strong, therapeutic technique with a gentle, relaxing touch. I can’t wait for my next massage!

Wow. After reading what others have said about Troy, it makes me want to get a massage from him. But wait, I’ve already had 2 distinctly different and equally healing massages from him! I call him my new massage therapist.
I too have been getting massages for years and years, and right now, I rate Troy as the best of the best. I paid ahead for massages after having my first one with him, so that I would treat myself often! I was amazed to read in this space what all Troy has done. You would never know it. He is completely humble and lets it be all about me when I am with him. Thank you, Troy, for re-establishing my faith in massage therapy.

Desiree is an incredibly talented massage therapist. I have been to many different therapists but never have I left feeling quite so relaxed and refreshed then after my visits to Desiree. I sm always looking forward to my next visit!

Lisa is a wonderful healer. She is patient and caring. I love the way she go the extra miles to teach and guide me on exercise and care for the body the right way. Her reassure make me feel there is hope and we are making progress. Thank you for the work so far.
