Lynn was recommended to me by my chiropractor, and I have seen her ever since(about 15 months ago). When my California- based daughter visited pdx, I took her, a trained therapist herself, to Lynn for comparisons and she was
highly complimentary. I appreciate Lynn’s professional demeanor and her ability to adjust treatments to specific issues rather than applying a one-fits-all approach.
I also appreciate the atmosphere at ZAMA which is superior to what I had experienced in NoCal and back East. One more reason to stay in pdx, but if she ever goes back to Green Bay…..

I experience constant back pain due to scoliosis. Having just moved to Oregon, I was not sure who to turn to when my back pain was acting up. I did some research and found Zama and Rory. Rory is knowledgeable about the body and genuinely cares about making your pain go away. I have been to him twice now and plan on continuing to see him for a very long time.

Lynn is simply the best! I still can’t pronounce Ashiatsu, but it has made a world of difference for a person who has had total hip replacement and major back surgery. Right now she is doing more for a couple of pinched nerves in my neck than either the Orthopedic Doctor or the great Rehabilitation person with whom I have worked. Did I mention: Lynn is simply the best! A great person. A great professional.

I have been going to Erika for some time now — Swedish, deep tissue and Ashiatsu. All around, her work is excellent and consistent. She is responsive to specific concerns, professional, and maintains a nice balance between chatting and drifting into relaxing silence. I always feel better after I go. I have seen Erika for numerous massages. She has a healing touch and a professional attitude and is one of the best massage therapists I have gone to, And I cannot say enough about Ashiatsu, she really does a great job. She is very personable and has a knack for setting you at ease. I feel very comfortable in the setting each time I go see her and each massage has left me relaxed and revitalized. Look forward to my next massage!

David is pretty much one of the best massage therapist out there! Hands down! (No pun intended). I’ve had chronic right shoulder problems and I swear he is the only one who can get deep enough to really work it out. His massages are very therapeutic yet still very relaxing! He also has a very kind soul and makes sure you are well taken care of. Thanks David!

I’m so thankful for Rory! While training for my Half marathon I was doing plenty of yoga while running many miles a week and realized i needed something more.. I came to Rory completely bound up and feeling tight. After my initial massage; my running went to a new level. A few days before my big race, I visited Rory again. After a brutal 13.1 miles uphill; I could tell he’d done some magic work a few days before. Thanks Rory for helping me walk away from my half with a big smile on my face!
